Tucked away on the exclusive and boat-access-only Keewaydin Island, this custom home is a testament to coastal living at its finest. Surrounded by water on both sides—with access to both the Gulf of Mexico and an inland canal—this project offers a rare balance of seclusion, beauty, and functional marine accessibility.
HVG Construct worked closely with the homeowners to design a custom residence that reflects the natural surroundings while embracing elevated, modern living. The layout maximizes water views from nearly every room, with large sliding glass openings that connect interior spaces to expansive decks and future outdoor entertaining areas.
Currently nearing completion, the home is being constructed with durable, high-performance materials suited for the island environment, and includes a private dock, outdoor kitchen area, and hurricane-rated structural features. This one-of-a-kind build exemplifies HVG’s ability to navigate logistical challenges, remote access, and custom design with innovation and expertise.
Paddy Murphy's
Marco Island, FL
Located in the heart of Marco Island, Paddy Murphy’s underwent a full-scale commercial renovation aimed at revitalizing the popular Irish pub while preserving its character and charm.
The renovation included complete interior upgrades—custom bar finishes, redesigned floor plan for improved flow, modern lighting, new flooring, and updated restrooms—all built to meet commercial code requirements while enhancing customer experience. Behind the scenes, the project also included electrical and plumbing enhancements, kitchen improvements, and ADA compliance updates.
By coordinating closely with ownership and managing work within a tight timeline, HVG Construct delivered a polished and functional space that reflects the pub’s unique identity, now backed by modern construction and thoughtful craftsmanship.
